Corte Madera Best Western Empty Corte Madera Best Western

I have a quick question for those who have already booked a hotel room.

Just called the Corte Madera Best Western, and the lady answering the phone said she had no record of the writer's conference taking place there August 20th through the 22nd. Has anyone else confirmed that the conference is in fact being held at this hotel on these dates?

A little reassurance would be much appreciated.
